Alarm Response
Having to respond to an alarm activation is usually inconvenient and always stressful. What’s more, answering a call-out can be dangerous for you and your staff. Given everything, you don’t need this hassle and burden.
Our alarm response service puts us in-the-middle. This means we can take on the inconvenience and the danger 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In the event of an alarm trigger we will dispatch one of our rapid response units to your site. Uniformed SIA licensed Officers will go and access the situation and respond to protect your premises as necessary – this includes contacting the Police, Fire Brigade or Ambulance. We’ll also advise you of the situation as soon as we understand it ourselves.
